I created SHE.FOR.WE because women in business give so much—but so quickly forget to receive. The hustle, the formulas, the “boss babe” culture? It’s exhausting and doesn’t honour how we, as women, operate. Feminine frequency in business is different—it’s about expansion, ease, and magnetism, not force. The world needs feminine trailblazers NOW, and I’m here to help women lead in a way that feels aligned, nourishing, and wildly powerful.

For years, I played by the rules—first as a trauma therapist, then as a coach—until I realized I wasn’t here to fit into a mould. Neither are the women I mentor. They’re cycle breakers, pioneers, and way-showers, craving depth, connection, and growth that feels easy instead of forced.

With 10+ years as a trauma therapist and coach, 7 years in Human Design, and 20+ years in business and leadership, I created my signature approach blending nervous system regulation, somatic healing, feminine energetics, and Human Design. I help women build soul-aligned, body-led businesses without burnout—where magnetism replaces force.

FAQs

  • This group is run by a woman in her feminine. I create the schedule week to week, often meeting on Friday mornings (PST), although sometimes on Wednesdays and Thursdays as well. Each live call is 90-min to 2 hours.

    We meet at minimum live every other week with spontaneous gatherings throughout the month and regular connection via telegram.

    The live calls are a mix of group coaching, topic-based group discussions and somatic workshops. We always start and end with an embodiment practice to support your nervous system.

  • You do not- although it CAN help there are opportunities for you to learn either directly from me in a private reading, via the Human Design Quick Business Audit or via the Human Design Course set up for you to watch anytime in the library of resources.

    If you do not resonate with Human Design this will not impact your experience what so ever. I do not ever force my beliefs onto you as a participant.

  • This program is targeted at those who are entrepreneurs, business owners, service providers or those who want to shift to full-time with their business.

    Many of the women who are a part of SHE.FOR.WE are breathwork facilitators, coaches, therapists, energy healers and or some form of soul-led service provider. If you’re unsure about how you’d fit, do not hesitate to reach out to me anytime. rachele@rachelekehler.com

  • SHE.FOR.WE is unlike any other group coaching and communities. You will notice when you join us to live that there is depth and intimacy, unlike others. We mix feminine business energetics with nervous system regulation with holistic women-forward support with actual 1:1 transformational coaching on each call.

    This is NOT a group that will overload you with information and strategy, but set you and your nervous system up for success so that you can expand your life and business to your next levels of success.

  • The reason for the 3-month minimum is so that you truly get a feel for the impact and essence of being in this container. Your nervoud system doesn’t regulate overnight!

    In addition, we create an intimate and vulnerable space. My goal is that you will never want to leave, but ultimately, I am thinking about the women who are committed to participating. I want to make sure they feel the integrity of this group and that it is not simply a transient place for new people to pop in and out.

  • When you are a member, you have access to a private portal full of a library of all the calls, workshops and courses that I’ve led. Replays are just as impactful and transformational as the live calls! And you can always contribute and ask questions directly to me in Telegram if you’re unable to attend live.

  • Telegram is an app where you can text me and I you in between our calls. There are lots of topics there where you can deepen your experience and connect with the communiy.

    The Portal is a private website where you will have access to a library of resources such as our past calls, courses, and much more! When you sign up, you will be given access to this private page.

  • You can cancel your membership after 3 months with 14 days’ notice before your next monthly subscription payment. Please contact me directly to cancel your membership or pause your membership if you need, rachele@rachelekehler.com

  • You will get an email informing you of a missed payment. My system will retry your payment automatically.
