I Met My Younger Self for Tea… (and what she said will crack your heart open)
I walked into the café and spotted her immediately. She was sitting at a corner table, back straight, hands wrapped around a too-hot mug, scanning the room like she was both trying to be seen and hoping she was invisible.
She looked up at me, and I saw it in her eyes—the weight of responsibility she was too young to carry, the exhaustion of being the one who figured things out, the quiet resentment of feeling invisible unless she was useful. She had no idea she was already leading, already breaking cycles just by existing.
I slid into the seat across from her, smiling.
"You’re not going to believe who you become."
She raised an eyebrow, skeptical.
"Let me guess. More responsible? More capable?"
I shook my head.
"More you."
She stared at me in disbelief, waiting for proof. So I told her…
The Becoming
I told her that one day she would stop shape-shifting for approval and start taking up space for herself.
That she would walk away from things that no longer felt right, not because they were easy to leave, but because she learned to trust herself.
I told her that all the times she felt like an outsider, like she didn’t fit—
those were the very things that made her a leader.
She would help other women find their way back to themselves, not by fixing them,
but by showing them how to listen to the voice they’d been taught to ignore.
I told her she would break free from burnout and self-sacrifice.
That she would stop proving and start being.
That she would lead with a relaxed feminine presence, power, and pleasure—
not as something she earned, but as something she owned.
She scoffed at that.
"Me? Relaxed?"
I laughed.
"You’re getting there."
Then, she asked the question we always want the answer to.
"What’s the hardest thing I’ll have to face?"
I sighed.
"Your own resistance.
You’ll be right on the edge of everything you’ve ever wanted, and instead of leaping, you’ll hesitate. You’ll question if you’re too much or not enough. You’ll get lost in the push-pull of wanting to be seen and fearing what will happen when you are."
She nodded like she understood, like she already felt that struggle deep in her bones.
"But," I added, "you’ll move through it. Every time. And on the other side, you’ll find yourself. Over and over again."
Looking for a sign that this was too good to be true, she asked,
"So I make it?" she asked.
I smiled.
"You become."
Your Inner Child Holds the Key to Feminine Leadership
Feminine leadership isn’t about pushing harder, proving yourself, or molding into someone else’s version of success. It’s about embodiment—leading from presence, intuition, and inner knowing.
But what happens when your inner child still feels unworthy, unseen, or like she has to earn love through over-giving?
She fears being “too much” or not enough.
She hesitates to take up space because she learned that her needs were secondary.
She over-functions, over-works, over-explains—thinking leadership means doing more instead of being more.
These wounds don’t just disappear as we age. They show up in the way we:
Hold back our truth for fear of rejection or conflict.
Say yes when we mean no, prioritizing harmony over our own intuition.
Feel guilty for receiving instead of constantly giving.
We struggle with relationship dynamics in our partnerships AND businesses because of our unhealed codependent attachment issues.
Inner child healing is the bridge that reconnects us to the feminine—to ease, magnetism, self-trust, and deep wisdom. It allows us to lead without burnout, love without fear, and trust ourselves without second-guessing. (it's also the secret sauce to a trauma-informed approach embodying your feminine frequency.)
The Connection Between Inner Child Healing and Feminine Healing
Feminine healing isn’t just about softness—it’s about unraveling the beliefs that kept us small. It’s about stepping into our body, our intuition, and our knowing without needing permission. It’s about deep core wound healing so that we feel empowered in who we are, not victims of our past.
When we reconnect with our inner child, we reclaim:
Our worth—separate from what we do for others.
Our power—not in force, but in presence.
Our ability to receive—because feminine energy is meant to attract, not chase.
This is how we lead as women—not through burnout, but through aligned, embodied sovereignty.
The Lifelong Evolution of Being ME
It might sound strange, but I still remember the first time I sat in therapy and realized—I didn’t even know what my needs were. Not just how to express them… I didn’t even know what they were.
Growing up, I learned to be self-sufficient, to figure things out on my own. I learned how to make myself useful, how to anticipate others’ needs. But my own? They were a mystery to me.
And yet, here I am.
Now, I teach women how to embrace and embody all that they are.
How to return to themselves.
How to break cycles, step into alignment, and lead from a place of wholeness.
Through inner child healing, parts therapy, solution-focused coaching, Human Design, nervous system regulation, and a multitude of holistic and spiritual tools, I help women reconnect to the power that has always lived within them.
This work is different.
It’s not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering yourself. And then remembering your own divinity as a WOMAN.
I am the first woman I know to do this kind of work.
I am the first woman in my lineage to stand in this truth.
I am the first woman I know to teach women’s alignment—true, embodied, feminine alignment.
And I am here to invite you into it.
