My career has taken me from being a therapist, which was incredibly isolating due to regulations, to switching to coaching, which often felt lonely not knowing anyone in the business who does it the “same” as me. Finally, after years, I had a revelation. I’d been a business owner all this time, and just wasn’t claiming my seat at the table. (I also didn’t see how all this made me a leader.)

For a decade, I had been in my head putting myself out there and wondering why all the strategies that other coaches were claiming got them to $10k days weren’t working for me?!

So I kept trying. I kept pushing. I kept doing. ALL BY MYSELF.

I started attending in-person networking events, hoping that this would be the “magic ingredient” for attracting more consistent income.

But I was left feeling a lack of heart, no soul, and full-blown masculine energy. Every single woman I encountered in women-run events had a way of interrupting my attempts at deeper conversation, by repeatedly asking, “What do you do?” but with the energy of what can you do for me?

No collaboration, no heart, no soul. All things that make up feminine energy.

And then something in my soul hit me with a remembrance.

I thought back to the time in my life when I was happiest and brought in my most successful aligned income/opportunities. I was hyper-focused on being in my feminine energy. I had just learned about it and was dedicated to staying in that frequency because I wanted to attract a masculine partner. (And I most certainly did, by the way)

Ahh…there it was:

Women need to remember what it means to be women again. Not feminine, but WOMAN. WITH other women.

Let me be clear: as a woman, you are feminine- don’t let anyone else convince you otherwise. But women need to remember what it feels like to be fully authentically safe to express their womanly ways, no matter what room they are in.

Women like you and me can take a seat at the table from a place of divine, sacred, authority and not need to prove, second-guess or doubt our abilities, and we most certainly don’t need to do it the way all the popular masculine business coaches say we “should.”

I created this Lead Like A Woman because I want you to feel what it means to be a woman in every cell of your body so that you can feel turned on and lit up in every area of your life. No more Well, I have to be in my masculine at work, and then I don’t know how to turn back on my feminine at home…

In every environment, you operate as YOU—confident in your power, energized, and with a deep inner knowing of truth running through your veins.

This is who I am calling together. Women who connect, collaborate, communicate and desire to create a shift in this world. A shift back to our hearts, humanness and all that it means to be a woman.
